Standard shipping orders will be processed in 1-3 business days

Transit time ranges from 5-10 business days and is based on the ship to location

All orders placed on weekends will ship the first following business day

Shipping cut off time for express shipping is 12pm EST Monday-Friday
Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the next business day

* Please Note: once orders are placed they cannot be modified or canceled. OSBS cannot be held responsible for delivery issues, including, but not limited to delivery to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or delays by 3rd party shipping companies, postal depots or freight forwarders. Orders placed with expedited shipping that ship within our stated timeframe but are delayed by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund on shipping fees.
